About this tool
This world clock converts between time zones instantly. Each row shows the local time, the current date and how far that zone is ahead of or behind your device’s time zone. Offsets are recalculated every second, including daylight saving changes.
Search by city name, region or IANA identifier such as Asia/Tokyo to filter the list. If your own city is missing, press “Use my time zone” to highlight the zone your browser reports.
How to use it
- Find your zoneThe card at the top shows the time zone detected by your browser. Press “Use my time zone” to jump to that row.
- Compare offsetsThe difference column reads like “3 hours ahead” or “30 minutes behind”. A day badge appears when the two cities are on different calendar dates.
- Search quicklyType a city, region or IANA name. The filter also matches city names in the page language and UTC offsets.
Common questions
Does it handle daylight saving time?
Yes. Offsets come from the browser’s IANA time-zone database, so summer-time transitions are reflected automatically.
Why is the time different from my phone?
Your device clock and time-zone setting are the source of truth. If the system clock is wrong, every row shifts with it.
Can I look up a past or future moment?
This page always shows the current moment. To count down to a specific date and time, use the countdown tool.
